- Common Kitchen Equipped with Refrigerator, Induction, Microwave, Mixer, Gas Cylinder with One Burner, Cups, Glasses, Spoons, Dongas, 6 full Plates, 12 half Plates and all other Utensils of Daily Use.
- Water Dispenser with RO Water Supply.
- Separate Wash area with Running Water and Sink is Given.
- Waste Material Point is Designated to Put Wet Waste and Dry Waste. Indore have a Strict Measure to Store Separately two Types of Waste.
- On Second floor we have a full office.
- Photocopy and Secretarial Services are Chargeable.
- We have Maintained a Decent Library at Second floor. You can use it free of Cost.
- Parking: Open Parking Outside of Bungalow on your Own Risk. In Case Parking is Available Inside the Bungalow’s Premises you will be given a Preference.
Rules of the house
- Consumption of Alcohol is strictly prohibited at entire Bungalow.
- Smoking in the house is Strictly Prohibited. Calm and Pleasant Environment be Maintained.
- No loud Music.
- Government ID Card is Required at the time of Check in.
- We don’t Entertain Unmarried Couples. Please take the note of this.
- Foreign Nationals are Required to fill form C. This is mandatory.
- Check in Timings are 11.00 AM and Check out Timings are 10.00 AM
- Pets are Welcome.
- We Close the Bungalow Gate at 11.00 pm and Open at 06.00 am.
- On Prior Intimation we Can Arrange late Entry and Early Exist in Emergency.
- At the Time of Booking 50% Advance Payment is Required. Rest 50% is Payable at the time of Check-in.
- We are sure that you will Maintain the Dignity of House, Room, Linen and other Usable items.
- Any loss to the Property is Chargeable on Actual Cost.
